As a Business Manager, dealing with demanding customers such as Coles, Woolworths & Metcash, Rod used his project and people management skills to grow and retain these partnerships. It was evident to him that great planning and attentive communication allowed him to manage the outcomes and budgets for everyone’s benefit. Rod understands people and continuously went above and beyond to maintain these relationships to meet their needs in a busy time-pressured world.
