Methodical by nature, Rachel loves using systems to provide her clients with an exceptional experience. Having demonstrated strong relationship management skills throughout her professional career, she remains focused on building a rapport with her clients to achieve their goals.
So often project managers are caught up in what homeowners want to achieve rather than why they are renovating. After transforming a few of her own properties, Rachel has learned the importance of understanding the motivation behind each home improvement. This process has also shown her where renovations can fall short and where she can provide extra support for homeowners.
Being system and solution-oriented, Rachel’s transition into her position as a Renovation Consultant has been seamless, helped in part by Refresh’s approach to renovations, which is based on a proven methodology designed to streamline the process and provide a stress-free experience for homeowners.

Rachel was fantastic to work with and is really exactly who you want if you’re renovating from a distance! She communicated regularly and clearly through the quote and design process which gave us the confidence to take the plunge.
