Most recently, he's managed a £33million transport operations business with over 200 staff and successfully maintained a full workforce and business through challenges presented through Brexit, the Covid-19 pandemic and a national drive shortage. The company remained on top form; delivering unrivalled excellent customer service, making financial savings against budgets, implementing internal projects successfully and providing continued development for the workforce. Such a varied operations role saw Le Roi work on executive decision making, crisis management, cost centre management, performance analysis, team motivation and branding missions and values.

Le Roi's passion for renovations and property projects began in South Africa when he was involved in some corporate renovations as part of his professional roles. From there, he indulged the then-hobby further by taking part in some residential renovations and realised just how much he enjoyed creating future-proofed forever-homes for others.
