Do you need approval to renovate?

Most full home renovations and extensions on the Sunshine Coast and in Noosa need building approval, and some also need planning approval from Sunshine Coast Council or Noosa Shire Council. Units and apartments usually need body corporate sign-off as well.

We handle all of it for you: plans, engineering, certification and council lodgement. You won't need to chase paperwork or deal with council yourself.
