Do you need council consent to renovate a house?

It depends on what part of the house you are planning to renovate as to whether or not you need council consent. At Refresh™, we err on the side of caution and make sure all requirements are checked before beginning a project.

If you do need council consent to renovate your home, your Renovation Consultant will prepare the documentation, provide the information, apply for consent, and work with council to ensure they have everything they need to make your project as smooth as possible.
