Start with a plan, not a guess

Work with Martin Peirone, your local Refresh Renovations consultant, to explore your ideas and map out your next steps.

• Funding up to $5,800 + GST* towards your Concept & Feasibility package.
• Your completed roadmap to keep, with no obligation to build with us.
• Clarity before construction, helping you assess your renovation’s feasibility.

Is your project a good fit?

We’re looking for homeowners with a genuine renovation project, a realistic budget, a defined timeframe and the financial readiness to proceed.

Applications are open for 14 days. We’ll review submissions and select three projects based on suitability - not who applies first.
