How do we do this? By following our unique five-step process outlined below:

Step 1: Briefing / Initial Consultation

First things first. It’s important to set out expectations, both yours and ours. We want to ensure our Renovation Consultants understand exactly what it is you want to achieve from your renovation journey. That’s why, the first step in the process is an initial consultation. It’s an opportunity to discuss ideas and make a plan, big or small!

Step 2: Concept and Feasibility

Now we know what it is you want to achieve, step two is determining how we’re going to do it. Are your goals achievable? What will be needed to make your home renovation dreams a reality? All that’s determined in step two of the process – concept and feasibility. During this phase, if you change your mind on the size, scale, or scope of your project that’s fine. Work hasn’t yet begun and there’s still time to tweak the budget!

Step 3: Working Drawings and Costing

Step three is the time to put pen to paper or perhaps mouse to pad. Working drawings are an integral part of the renovation process. They become the blueprint of the project and ensure everyone is, quite literally, on the same page. During stage three of our process, you’ll be presented with a fixed quote accurate to your project so you know exactly what your project is going to cost and to ensure there are no budget blowouts!

Step 4: Build / Construction Stage

Let the fun begin. Your plans have been prepared, your budget signed off, and your timeline agreed upon. There’s nothing to wait for but to get started! Your Renovation Consultant will coordinate everyone who needs to be on the job and communicate with you throughout the project. This enables you to carry on with everyday life, all the while having peace of mind your home renovation is in expert hands.

Step 5: Your Finished Renovation

The work is done, the project is complete, and your home now looks like you’d imagined it always would. Furthermore, all the documentation, council consents, building inspections, and codes of compliance you need have been signed, sealed, and delivered.
