This project involved extending under the home to add a second storey underneath the existing home. It also focused on the exterior outdoor area, kitchen, and the open-plan living space. Silver Award:

A modern home makeover in Wellington by Steve Wang

Renovation specialist Steve Wang was brought in to completely modernise this beautiful 1990s Wellington home’s interior, with a focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. Steve managed the entire project from start to finish, which involved overlooking over fifteen tradespeople over the course of 4 and a half months. The end result is a luxurious and personalised home, worthy of the 2019 Full-House Renovation of the Year Silver Award, which you can view here. 

Bronze Award:

A modern Wellington home renovation by Steve Wang

Steve Wang not only takes home the Silver Award, but also the Bronze! The owners of this Wellington home decided it was time to opt-in for a more modern design and brought on Steve to completely renovate the first floor of their home for modern living, as well as carrying out additional renovations on the home’s ground floor and exterior.
