History of Refresh Renovations
Refresh Renovations was established by Traffic in 2010. Traffic is New Zealand's leading business strategy and marketing firm. With the backing of many of New Zealand's largest building industry brands, Traffic has quickly established Refresh as the leading national renovation company in New Zealand. Refresh established in Australia in 2015 and has operations in every state apart from the Northern Territory.
Refresh is now the world's leading international renovation company, with operations in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Refresh's aim is to transform the level of service, and the renovation experience that is provided to consumers around the world. Refresh is a "design and build" renovation specialist. This means that we manage the entire process from the initial design concepts through to the handover.
This end-to-end service is incredibly important. Having one point of contact resolves the major issues that customers face with renovations. Budgets can be effectively managed because the customer has an informed project manager to help them make trade-off decisions on where money should be invested for the best result. Issues are resolved quickly because Refresh takes overall responsibility. Our customers don't end up in the typical position where they are faced with sub-contractors who are blaming each other for problems, and not fixing them (nationwide, 1 in 3 renovations ends in a dispute!).
Refresh is a franchised business. To date, 30 Refresh franchises have been established throughout NZ, 10 across Australia and we have our first franchise up and running in the UK.
